well yeah,lol.

but the guy got ripped once and knows himself towards the end it was all protein mostly.


hes playing dumb with the 10k calories thing, to ridicule otherwise perfect diet.

its not like his approach would work on 10k cals.
OneTimeHard said I could choose a protein source of my choice and eat 10,000 calories and become contest ripped.  This is what I intend to do.  Its a solid diet if you want sliced abs.  You and the others agree as well.

Not that hard really spread out over a day.

Thats 5 gallons of fluid a day.  I don't call you out on shit Adam, but when was the last time you had to drink 2 or 3 gallons of fluid/day?

I don`t think I ever have done that.  OneTimeHard`s diet is difficult.

Ok, how about 10,000 calories of Whey Protein instead or dehydrated Egg Whites.  I could mix it with water and spoon eat some of it.  10,000 calories is what he said would work and I don`t want to do this incorrectly.

I have lost 40lbs recently eating this way every day.

Meal 1:  6 whole eggs scrambled, 1 mission carb balance medium soft taco tortilla.

Meals 2-5:  1/4 rotisserie chicken from supermarket (skin included), 1 tortilla as above

Meal 6: 1 McDonalds double quarter pounder with top half of bun discarded.

Lots of water and some coke zero.

Easy

Just work out you BMR and eat 500 cals over that, you will not lose weight regardless of what you eat.
You dont need 10,000 cals mate.

How much fat would I lose in those 4 days though?  

dunno but I reckon if you were to only eat egg whites, as many as you're physically capable of per day , you would drop fat pretty fast! lol

It is possible. I drank 5 gallons of water before a weigh in once.

Edith Bouvier Beale Butter Pecan is my absolute favorite.  It is soooooo DeeVine.   I will have to ask OneTimeHard how I can incorporate it with my egg whites.
