They should build fences around these people, provide them with NO govt support, and let their sub human species provide for themselves (in other words starve to death through their deep stupidity or kill each other off).   Even an animal would cope better.

See, they could have saved those 22 mill dollars if they had done something about the black problem.

The thing about this and similar incidents that most people seem to miss is this:

THE people are paying this 22 mill.

Fair enough someone has to help her now...

BUT the focus should be on CRIMINAL ACTION against the individual police involved. Criminal action against everyone involved in this sort of thing  (GOVT employees, politicians, etc)  but they will almost always walk away and continue their careers.
