Me too dude, it's to the point where if I don't drink caffeine I'm ok, but whenever I drink a bunch of caffeine I have a fucking headache all day. I think i'm going to take a week off and see what happens, worst headaches ever.
It's a recent phenomenon, I've always used a bunch of caffeine, but for some reason it's started to irritate the fuck outta me. Also makes me jittery where it didn't in the past.
after i consume cocoa drinks for energy and do my workout i slow down my liver with rice that is key
caffiene activates the liver giving you alot of crazy strength but you need to counter it once you dont need that kinda power after a workout. you want to go in "reverse" or hybernate mode after you do a workout, the rice helps with this , resets the body , cools the liver down equalizing the body, try it next time
