In today's iron game, one has to know one's body to choose the right training program. But surely, adequate rest is a key part of any pec training program, especially naturals.

Notice chicks from back then had tits that were much more "pointy" for lack of a better term. I think the bras back then were more pointed and gave them that shape over time. Now the bras today just hold them in place, and they just get more saggy over time. I like the old school boobs better, I propose the pointed bra's make a comeback. Get on it bit^hes

Pec training is about balance and symmetry. The upper pecs should be trained as hard as the lower pecs.

Today's trainers have figured out that it's as much about size as it is symmetry when it comes to pecs that grab the judges attention on the posing dais.
