Obese people often have a huge lump of bulging fat BELOW the belt line, seemingly seperate from their gut.
What the hell is it? It looks like a tumor or something unnatural, people typically do not get fat right above their 'parts' where the pube patch is...so what is it? Wtf is the 'pouch'??
When the abdominal wall is stretched thin, it can result in a hernia. Seriously obese folks are often not good candidates for hernia repair as the tissues are too weak to support their distended guts. It is sad. This is just one more reason to not let oneself go to this point of obesity.
