I used to see Marcus t my gym when he was in Florida. he NEVER got fat, ever! I felt like a BW next to him. Super nice guy too.

And after being a pro bodybuilder for what over a decade why do you need somone to show you that giant sets hurt ... And tell you "this is how you do it"

Meet Marcus at the LA FIT EXPO 2 weeks ago, Man dude is straight up nice and cool, Thick , massive arms, way bigger then Phil that weekend
