They actually had one in my old gym , I tried it but it's easier than squatting because you can pull yourself up |

Yes. I thought it would be. I wanted one to do forced reps and I thought it would be good for walking lunges too. |

Beckles had a scare with slin, and admitted to use in mid/late 80s Others also rumoured to use then Wouldn't know if Zane used, but dosages were certainly different. I don't think because of moral or health standpoints, just not knowing how much they could abuse yet, like everything else |

^^ That was around his MAX off-season, then he would take tons of winstrol and believe it or not- T3 in big doses up to the show!!! Dude had SICK triceps.... |

my favorite, stayed human, not broken, no torn muscle, kidneys, joins, livers in good state, no hgh face etc.. and he beat the monsters (Platz, RR, Fox ..) at 188lbs  |
