Yeah, Milos was always preaching how weight/load doesn't matter. I always said that no one
really believes this. All pros train heavy, all sometimes train "too heavy", where they can't
do very clean reps. Milos blew out his quads doing 900lbs hack squats. I guess he believes
load on the bar doesn't matter. Roll Eyes Cheesy

As far as muscle growth is concerned, load comes first, fatigue second.

agree. the best builds were built using heavy weights imo

Heavy is relative. You need to lift as heavy as you can with good form and so you can get a decent number of complete reps in.

of course. i found cheating the last few during the heaviest of sets was always effective when bulking. not too sure about entire 'cheat workouts' though lol.

He does look amazing, but that video is almost like a funhouse mirror it's so compressed.

Yes, it happens quite a bit by accident. The original video is filmed in 4:3 ratio
and posted in 16:9 ratio which makes the bodybuilder look about 20 pds. bigger
than they actually are. (Stretched) I wasn't sure at 1st but thought so; but you can really tell
at the end when you just see his head, talking with the shirts behind him.
Also, his waist is thick in the ab & thigh for Milos.

Yes, Those set of videos are in the wrong ratio.
It gives you some kind of idea what Shawn Ray would
look like at around 230.
Check out the difference in waist and thigh size between
these two vids. 2nd one in the correct ratio.
