WHAT!? I'd take Glutamine over creatine any day of the week! Ever since I bumped up my dosage from 10-15g a day spread out I've retained better muscle, gained strength, recovered faster, and have less stomach problems. I notice all the above weaker, or absent when I am not on it. Glutamine IMO is more important then any other supplement, besides protein. Creatine only helps with temporary size and strength. I feel even though I may lose some weight, and strength, it is very minor when off glutamine, compared to being off creatine. Just my experience with it, so shut up!
