Back to the regular Security schedule later this afternoon. I'm pretty sure I'll be pulling a double shift, as they have had trouble filling the overnight shift. More money for me, lol. I'll be heading to the gym for tripled in the bench press today plus some heavy tricep work. For now just laying on the sofa in my skivvies drinking coffee and flipping around the news channels.

I will be supersetting overhead triceps extensions using the Weider Triceps Bomber with cable triceps pushdowns. One of Arnold's old triceps program.
