I know lots of black guys with 12" calves that can dunk

I think dunking is more about being born with ape length arms then calf size

Kid's in HS dunk all the time in games. You think they have 18'" calves? lol

nope, i knew a lot of short black dudes with crazy verticals. And a short 5'6 Mexican dude that could get his elbows into the rim.
