Crossfit is essentially a ripoff of every other circuit type pha training that has been making the rounds the last half century with its own spin on things, spin from I have seen in the gym involves doing shit in very ballistic soft tissue and joint damaging bad form and taking up and invading others workout space in the gym.
That Glassman guy teaching all this stuff reminds me of Mentzer the last years of his life teaching others how to train 20-30 minutes a couple of weeks yet not taking time themselves to do the same thing and look the part.
