It will be sometime in the future, when the government goes public about how it will be ending social security. The masses of Americans (many who have already begun to stockpile weapons) won't stand for it. It will be the future's Boston Tea Party. How will the government explain how they took money from Americans (in good faith) for decades? It will become the greatest Ponzi scheme of all time.

haha!! YES The old people I know are well off, and get social security that I'm paying for. I didn't do a fucking thing wrong, and I have to give up my income to go into their savings accounts.  |

Lol that took a minute for me to figure out. Anyhows the civil war will come later. Stage one will basically see the federal government offering no services and acting only as a debt collector. Stage two will be when another global financial crisis hits, and the individuals states get tired of uncle sam taking and not giving. Which of course will throw the world into a storm of low scale anarchist revolutions. The key is to realize this will take a long time, and will be gradual. |

All of YOUR own money is saved up into an account (which you cannot touch) until retirement age. If you should die, then it can be willed into the family. How hard is that?
