getbig says pct is bs... but i investigated and apparently if i stop now it will not do anything because not enough time to build up with only one injection..............

Why would you stop right after your first injection, why the panic  PCT isn't BS, in case you choose for a on-off protocol, but a blast-cruise protocol is a different story.

DA is a prime example of a mental unstable person who touches gear. Just keep your doses modest and don't cycle all year round.

do you cycle and if so how the 10 week way with 2 week "proper pct" then at least 10-12 weeks off ?

No, I need to finalize my homework first. Not sure if I choose for an on-off period, combined with PCT or blast-cruise cycle, but I prefer to keep things simple and 'conservative', so no things like tren or slin for me, but rather a thick maker like test e combined with a hardener like var or win, along with some anti-estrogen stuff like ari or nolva.

It could be mental or they might have given you a boost already. Some people claim to feel them kicking in after a few days. That's how i can usually tell they are kicking in, the weights get a little lighter so to speak.

no no i still eat after the meal i eat right from work i was eating 3 times now i am upping it to 4times when i add lunch i can also eat during morning break to make 5 meals

Meal frequency is still a heated debate in BB land, but I suggest you eat every 2,5-3 hours. Your protein & energy need will rise, once you're in a cycle, but your body can't absorb those calories efficiently in 3 meals.
