as i remember trevor was around 408 i think when he was training at golds venice, he would train pretty heavy, i would for some reason always be in there when he was doing shoulders and arms, i think one day he was training arms, he was doing 90 lb dumbell curls seated, which is pretty heavy for being seated, i always remember him being pretty big and just working out, i never really paid attention to how much weight he was doing, i just remember him being like 408 lbs and training wearing his steroid cult shirt.

trevor smith over 400lbs, jeep swenson,  ronnie c looks pretty elephant like offseason.
