I beg to differ. I have both championships on tape. Strydom was somewhat smaller in '92 than he was in '91. Just about everyone was, except for Aaron Baker.
My guess is people think he wasn't tested, because he didn't look like a crackhead, ala Mike Christian or Troy Zuccolotto, compared to their '91 form.
i guess in the grand scheme he still looked great compared to rest and yr before was his best at the time 91.
