How do you go downhill fast in a year? Dex in his prime can hang with any of those guys listed in their prime. In fact, he did so and beat many of them. These guys were winning shows and placing high in the Olympia, when Dexter defeated them.
As for Heath, he was nipping at Dex's heels, the year he won the Olympia and could have placed second that year at the O. He surpassed Dex in 2010 and, one year later, he knocked off Cutler.
Kill Dexter? Doubtful. He beat Dex at the ASC and the Olympia that year. But, those two are neck and neck. I wish Martinez hadn't suffered that knee injury in 2008. Who knows what could have happened.

IMO victor had more potential than dex, taller, better flow, structure and shows in 2007 he CAN do it
