This.

Baseball is a game that fathers pass down to their sons. It's a family game. Can get boring. But it will be around longer than football

Only beer and homeruns make baseball interesting. and the fact that nothing else is on during the summer.

This is true. They need to quietly allow them back in, and start challenging and breaking records again.

Look at the contacts for Puljos/Fielder/Hamilton/Votto.   Why does baseball need to be saved?  Looks like they're doing fine.

It's a boomer sport, they ain't gonna be around forever. If you wanna cross the younger generation you might wanna change things.

MLB should allow ONE player per team to go all out on the gear.  Just call him their wildcard or whatever.  And opposing teams pay 2 points if they walk him.

There is plenty enough of a funnel domestically and, especially internationally, that will keep it going.  There's no issue here.

Been around for a hundred years. Still relatively cheap to play.

Soccer is only getting huge in US because of all the immigrants coming over.
