Cedric is soft. He's about 2-3 weeks away from winning this show. Looks like he tried to come in "full" vs "peeled" .........he needs to find a way to bring in a bit of both if he wants to win shows like this.

Like I said he tried to come in too full....Because of his superior shape and structure he doesnt need to be shredded like kai or pakulski or one of those guys to look good, but he cant look 4 weeks out like he did today.

at first look it can be argued that up valuing calves would be 'racist', but that is not straightforward. Firstly, black bbers have innate advantages in other aspects, secondly I see black competitors with great calves all the time, they just happen to be women- ala iris kyle

what do you mean, "don't even bother trying"? if you don't have calves, you don't have calves. no amount of "trying" is going to change it one bit. but anyway there are black bbers with great calves -- paul dillet, for one -- and plenty of white bbers without them.
