I really feel that winny helps maintain muscle very well while in a calorie deficit. When I was dieting for a show I would lose 3-4 pounds a week. When I introduced winny I would continue to lose bodyfat every week but my weight would never drop. I swear my winny primo tren for cutting and maintaining and possibly building muscle. And I also feel as galeniko said that winny dries you out much better than tren. there is absolutley nothing like it for me. Although if I could have either winny or tren I would definitley pick the tren.
