Caffeine works for me. Never bought into the water thing, but it may help. Never tried anything else, though meth/cocaine may be worth a shot.

It does not take a lot of ephedrine to kill my appetite... 12.5mgs E (1 primitene tab) + 100mgs caffeine does the job for at least 6-8 hours.  Nicorette gum doubles the effectiveness.  I don't care what anyone here says... nicottine gum is addictive.

The only thing you have to deal with is the hunger rebound effect after all that shit wears off.  That's usually when I break down and eat an entire pizza, or a family size box of Lucky Charms... I feel like total shit afterwards too.
