is there a specific steroid that causes the worst invisible lat syndrome of all?

i swear today i saw a guy with the worst ils ever ever

he walked with his arms flared out in a tight small lycra t shirt of sorts


but also his legs walked funny

like he had a barbell up his rectum


but guys like this always have some specific look to them in common

i wonder if this is a specific steroid that causes it

he was talking to someone about "damn i lost so much weight.....i'm only 94kilos now....i was 103 kilos....yeah when i dedicate myself to something i really get it done...." (implying he lost tons of muscle because of being out of the game for a while or something)

i was observing them and instantly tons of getbig thoughts flooded my brain

I see that ILS usually strikes guys who are 5'9 and under. And once a lifter gets under 5'6, it's close to 100% of the people who are infected by this phenomenon.

the guy was tall not a manlet

he walked with ils and as if not walking in a straight line but constantly trying to get thru imaginary doors which he was too wide to get thru the normal way

sort of making a lot of horizontal movement from one foot to the other in a swaying fashion every step he takes


all the time while flaring arms out

looked like he was mentally handicapped

I think the correct term is actually Imaginary Lat Syndrome. Since the lats are not there physically, only in the mind of the man who is affected by the hallucination.

Tall guys can get this disease also. But it usually strikes shorter fella's.

Yes...And believe it or not, massive guys can also be struck with this disease. King Kamali comes to mind. Huge lats but still puts his arms out even farther then the lats call for. So even though some guys have massive lats, there are still those patients who believe they are even wider. Very strange.
