Yes. We will live in exact same world 100 years from now.  ::)

If we took someone from 2008, from 5 years ago, he would experience some kind of future shock. Self driving cars and autonomous drones coming into mainstream. Exoplanets found by the thousands. Computer wins Jeopardy. Organs grown in labs and cyborgs becoming reality. It's not a completely different world but the wind of change is blowing in your face like a motherfooker at this point.
