It is insane big time. The more one looks at Phil the more you realize how freaky his muscles are.

Bodybuilding to me is about looking huge while taking up very little volume. Phil for the volume he takes up he gives the illusion of being 3 times bigger and that is what bodybuilding is. For example Kai out weighed him by over 20lb yet Phil looked just as big as Kai on stage.

Phil looks good from every angle and he comes in full in every muscle group

phil doesn't grow though, he's looked exactly the same for the last three years

He beat Dex with a quad shot in 2009. His back was still a mess.  What kind of bullshit is that at the MrO? 2009 Jay can't beat 2012 Kai or Phil, if the show is judged correctly, but we are dealing with the IFBB.

Who cares how wide he is. His physique has a great flow to it and is the most pleasing to the eye. Bodybuilding isn't a width contest.
