Knot in Pec

Done 3 cycles of M1T last year- - Test X 1 many years ago.
Always took PCT good and proper.
Got a small knot in my right pec about two months ago - kinda tender ..sometimes.
Months after the M1T
I'm not prone to gyno or any of that stuff -
Anyone got any advice?

It could very well just be a knot in your muscle.  Heat it up and rub the hell out of it as in have your girl stand on it with her heal and fricken message the s**t out of it.  Thats what my girl does when I get them in my back.  If it's smaller the next day, it's a not and keep doing it till it's gone.  If it aggrevates it...see a doc.
