Back in college when I'd do coke, if I even looked at that shit, I was done for.  Sucks too, because usually the urge was there, and my game was on point, but a few lines and I was no good.  Alcohol is hit or miss, I suppose its the amount you drink.  I never took and kind of Viagra or anything while doing coke, to me it seems like a dangerous combination.  As far as ecstasy, I have no experience.

I do believe if you are messing with hormone levels at the same time it can make a big difference. Look at all the posts on more drug related boards of guys having various issues, while others claim to have a stiffy all day. When I was doing heavier cycles, I was usually good to go when I partied. Other times shit wouldn't work right straight up sober. I think even just levels of hydration, what you've eaten, and all that make a huge difference sometimes. Everybody has had problems with getting it up for some reason at some point, or even just not being able to get off.

I honestly can't most of the time. I always take a cialis before going out drinking. Never done any party drugs before but booze definitely impacts boners is a negative way. Condoms also pose a problem unless you get it on right away. Cialis saves my life every time. It's fool proof and works every time.

Also, I have read that cialis and alcohol aren't that bad of a combination. Like it's not as unhealthy as it sounds, according to research.

At the very least, it is mentally addictive. You can easily psych yourself out about wanting to play it safe.

I know, i took it for 3 month solid when i first injured my rotator cuff and the few days coming off them were horrible, sweats, nausea, cravings, flu-like symptoms etc....

I now only take them when the shoulder is bad.....and the odd day off work when i want to chill, come downstairs, make a cup of tea, take a couple of tramadol....relax.

i dont think it is hormonal, it is more to do with the nervious system and how the drugs affect the connection between the brain and penis.

Alchohol and stims would ovbiously mess it up in various ways, alot of times i read guys cannot get it hard when using pre workout supplements bought OTC

Tolerance builds up quickly, a single capsule does nothing for me anymore.

Two 50mg capsules on an empty stomach is noticeable....if i've eaten then i dont bother.

Four capsules at once has me high for most of the day.

For pain relief i'd sooner use Paracetamol and Ibuprofen.
