Lee has gotten to 50 while staying healthy for 1 reason. He was smart. He didn't train all fucked up and hap hazard. He trained and and supplemented smart. His training was 4x a week hitting each body part 2x a week on a 2 way split hitting 1/2 his body each session. Legs got like 8-10 sets hammies 6-8 on down to his that never got more than 6sets per workout. The man know he has the genetics to hang w the best and had the confidence to do it right. Same w his diet. Never ate more than 3500 cals a day. I don't know about supps as much but if he did abuse the f%$k out of em he too would be too injured: and burnt to achieve the level of physique you see in this thread of a 50 yet old man.
I remember all this cause in my late teens and early 20s thru early 30s I was into training and remember being impressed that Lee was truthful and told how FEW sets and exercises he did per bp instead of being a lying sack of shit like most of the rest. The man's actions made sense to me plus it was a doable routine for a clean trainer like myself.
