been cruising for awhile at 250mg test E E5D
2 chicken breast and a cup of oatmeal with a handful of crasiens 4-5 times per day.
weight train 5 days a week, cardio 6 days per week. 1 cheat day consisting of 2 big meals of anything i want.
cardio is 30 min on treadmill, 3.5mph at 2.5 incline
