The Pacific northwest is the best part of the USA. No doubt about it. Oregon, Washington and Alaska, this is what America is supposed to be. This is what the founding fathers wanted the USA to be like.

I feel sorry for all you folks living down south and back east. And the Midwest  You guys are living in a shithole over there.

Also cool people with progressive attitude. Lots of national parks. Pot everywhere getting legalized. Hot Asian women everywhere. Indian casinos everywhere. Outdoor sports of all kinds. Wild west kind of feel.

The best thing about it is the vibe. So laid back and relaxed.

It's rainy and cloudy all the time but I like that.

if you hate liberals there are plenty of places in the northwest full of rednecks who sit around complaining about obama, talking about patriotism and God and all that nonsense. Something for everybody.

the coast is beautiful from Santa Barbara, ca all the way up to Canada. Redwoods and the Oregon Coast are the most beautiful places on earth.

 Inland Ore (Eugene) can be a real shit hole. never spent much time in Washington

I stayed exclusively at national parks.  Met a lot of nice chill people.  I have many fond memories of sitting around campfires drinking beer and smokin a j.

Washington is cool. The women are fat, the coffee is strong, the ganja is legal, and there are lakes and rivers everywhere. That's a wonderful state.

If you are a bb douche all about clubbing and going shirtless at the beach, you better stay down south. Douches get eaten up around here. We keep it real.

I have lived in all 3 of these states. Currently in WA. They are beautiful but Oregon and Washington get too much rain. If I ever leave this part of the country it will be because of the rain.
