I knew about getbig since 2001 when I started getting into bodybuilding, but I only found these boards because Paul Dillett was bitching about the punks who post on here.   ;D

MD gives this place a LOT of free advertising seeing as they seem to hate it.  I wouldn't be here if not for MD.

Yep me to if it wasnt for MD constanly moaning about the boards i wouldnt hav known about get big. i guess its true wat they say 'theres no such thing as bad publicity'
