Im sti dieting for a comp atm but am planning on makeing a hell of a rebound as i find thats wen i make the best gains.

Heres wat i have planed including diet

7am. 30g whey, 1cup oats, banana, berries, 2rye
8-9am. Training
9:30am. 150g chicken, 1.5cup rice
12pm. 100g steak, veggies
2:30pm. 150g chicken, 1.5 cup rice
5pm. 100g steak, veggies
7:30pm. 500g ravioli/pasta
10pm. 30g whey, 3/4cup oats, berries

Cal - 3,160
Pro - 250g
Car - 450g
Fat - 40g

sun - arms (e2w)
mon - legs
tue - delts, triceps
thu - back, rear delts
fri - chest, biceps

1,500mg Test e
750mg  Npp
0.5mg  Caber 3x week
1.25mg Letro ed
15iu HGH 4x week
20iu Humalog on leg & arm days

* hgh protocol (normal training day) *
6:30am - 5iu hgh
7am - meal 1
8-9am - Train!
9am - 5iu hgh, shake
9:30am - meal 2
9:30pm - 5iu hgh
10pm - meal 7

* Hgh/Insulin protocol (leg & arms) *
7am - 5iu hgh
7:30am - 10iu humalog with meal 1
8-9am - Train!
9am - 5iu hgh, shake
9:30am - 10iu humalog with meal 2
9:30pm - 5iu  hgh
10pm - meal 7

I find if i eat enough carbs with my preworkout meal wen i use slin i dont need to sip on carbs intra. I have enough to sustain me through the workout. Obviously always have some dex on hand just incase tho.

My questin is having never used hgh is my dose too high?
I only plan on blasting on these doses for 6weeks post comp then Dropping back down

Would love BFGs input as i know he seems to advocate blasting hgh?

my advice is be carefull, some of my worst injuries have happened in the rebound period after shows... i couldnt stomach tons more shots after weeks of never ending everyday/multiple shots , each to there own tho

what i can tell you from what ive noticed over the years, the guys that have done this have made one big jump in bodyweight, but it never happens as dramatically again
