back in like 95, Flex Magazine had an article on Ronnie Coleman. He said that as a kid, all he would do at night was curl, curl, curl...and then curl some more. He didnt care how he got the weight up, all he cared about was the weight going up. And if he got sick, he throw up and curl some more (if I remember the article correctly).
