that cockpiece makes for quite an avatar!!!!

I'm not really feeling the leotard but the benefits of it namely the package is quite a nice treat  :o

Back in the day people knew who Flex was even if they weren't into Bodybuilding.

LOL!!! No way man! I wouldn't wear spandex ever! I'm talkin bout those semi baggy thin cotton pants with the crazy small color patterns big guys would wear around with sneakers in the early 90's. Come on, u gotta know what i'm talkin bout. Nobbs wears them too. Matter of fact, I think they r the same material of those pants most of the pro's today, like Melvin wear. Just that back then they were made in these maniac colors, and patterns.
I know what your talking about.  I think T.Micheal makes them.  There is some big jackass bodybuilder in my gym that still wears them with the otomix shoes and all.  Worst thing is that he wears a flannell shirt with the sleeves cut off with this whole getup.

LOL! That's funny shiet! In my hometown of Greenpoint, there's this HUGE Polish man that must have been a Pro at one time or another. This guy was HUGE since I was five, 20 years ago. I saw him last year, he's still HUGE, and he's still wearing those pants i described. The times I've seen him, thats all he's ever worn. ;D

In the spirit of digging up ancient threads, I'll debate this one.

As an overall year, I do think 93 was the best for Flex, but his best show of all-time was the 96 NOC. Since you never have anything better to do with your time ND, why don't you post some pics from that show?

Jim Quinn stated it was measured by Billy Smith at 0.0% a week before the Olympia in Gold's Venice which made him technically dead at the time :o

Flex in 93 was the best bodybuilder ever. He had beautiful shape, size, and symmetry. His small joints made his muscles flare off the bone. He was a genetic phenomenon, I don't understand why the public doesn't realize that, and gave more attention to bodybuilding back in the day

come on now, everyone knows after the accident that Flex was rolling BIG JOINTS

And, slow cooking is what makes the meat flare off the bone.

It should also be noted that this was the lowest reading ever recorded at Gold's.

Flex holds 2 records (measured at the same time) as the lowest bodyfat levels of a bodybuilder, and the lowest bodyfat levels of a DEAD person...
The fact that he did win 12 more times after he died only shows how great he was...

Okay, so he won the USA's at 215 and look phenomenal, won the Arnold and Arnold comented that Flex had some of the best genetics in bodybuilding. But you say he's too small, who is the better authority you or Arnold ?

Get Flex Wheeler's Mass construction which was filmed after the 96 Olympia, might change your mind.
