if anything it would reduce pump  Huh


loaded with caffein, i dont think the neglibible amount of arginine will do anything at all

Usually preworkouts come with other things like citruline malate, aakg, creatine, etc... these cause vasodilating NO producing effects especially while you workout. Working out alone induces pumps. The preworkout stims cause you to work out harder.. as well as sometimes drop the water weight (caffeine is dieuretic) therefore your veins still pop.

idk, back when i used to take those things it wouldn't really enhance my pump at all, just a bit more energy. what did work for pumps was creatine and also glycerin, but you have to cycle those because the pump effect goes away after a few workouts.

so not ideal for trying to build muscle

I used to take a lot of arginine back in the days before i did AAS.  I remember some slightly better pumps in the gym, but not much.  The biggest thing i noticed was some rock hard boners.  Stuff made my junk crazy vascular.

Don't remember how much i took, this was many years ago, but i took quite a bit.

Well taking some viagra pre workout is an amazing NO booster, after all its designed for that lmao... don't laugh its pretty common. Don't worry you won't be getting boners in the gym viagra works on the mechanics not hormones or mental state. Only if you're gay will you get horny around sweaty guys in the gym. lmao

After cutting out caffiene and stims two years ago, my pumps improved so much.  Just keep in mind the body is 75% water.  So the more hydrated you are the better the pump will be.  And being hydrated doesn't mean gulping water down just before your workout.  You have to make a conscious effort to take in water all day long day after day every time you get a chance.

I never abuse them, but sometimes after taking a pre-workout i'm super hard later in the night. TMI I know.

I can sometimes get samples or small tubs for free so that's the only time I use them.
