I agree with first part, but how does it IMPROVE?? Just slow hyperplasia over time from lots of AAS?
There's astounding number of anecdotal evidence, just around people who train and take juice for over 10 years. Their claims:
- with time they got more and more immune to acne, bloat
- they need less to maintain what they gained or get back to shape
Also please notice that despite gymrat broscience, roid abusers return back to shape from being skinnyfat in NO TIME. On the contrary to natural lifters, for them it takes even a year to get back to what they used to be whereas roid users get back to 90% within 8-10 weeks of mild cycle.
I train in oldest gym in Cracow and it has many oldtimers. They drink and take narcotics for half a year and then get back to shape in 10 weeks. Some fucking incredible transformations I've seen.
I've seen studies that claimed number of AR or its sensitivity (dunno exactly which one) increases over time.
