training while trying to lean out

do you guys use the same weight or lower them or even try to use more weight(progressive overload) week after week?
or change the intensity etc?

i have the fear of not increasing the weight i'm using,let alone decreasing them,even just 5lbs for  a week,but apparently you're not getting any stronger...any thoughts?

just recently i got ripped on 1600-1800 cals per day and i got stronger and gained a bit of lean muscle tissue in the process 8)

nice bro...honestly i wouldnt mind losing some muscle,just  want to see how low bodyfat i can get...

and in my opinion/experience what's required is to keep the cals pretty damn low and to keep them that low day in and day out

also, i only averaged about 115-125 protein grams per day

5'11" 156 (tiny joints FTW ;D)

yeah i basically ate 1600-1800 cals each and every day

once every 5 days or so i ate about 2200 cals
