2-day split suggestions.

So im off to serve my army duty in couple days..no time for gym and bbin. BUT whenever I get the chance, im planning to do fullbody workouts. One day upper body - next chance lower body. How does it sound? Compound movements with extra isolation work added in the end of the workout..

You can split upper and lower. I had good success using a split that Mentzer and Dickerson used. One day was legs, chest and triceps. The other was back, delt and biceps.

my current schedule

day 1: upper body
day 2: lower body or rest or cardio
day 3: lower body or rest or cardio
day 4: repeat

ideally

upper body
lower body
rest/cardio

basically all upper body once every 3 days and lower body at least once every 6 days (not counting cardio)
