no I have never used synthol and even when I am very lean I have little definition on the outside of my bicep. I personally think its genetics like Nasser really could never get his back completely ripped

No matter how old you get you still see or learn something new in the gym. They had a chinning contest at one booth and a few slender guys competed. Then this shapely gal with generous thighs had a go. She managed to get her chin over the bar not once but 10 times. Her trick was to swing her big legs back and forth then use the momentum to flip herself up. Impressive feat for a gal that size.
