boy, you just don't know...couldn't see pics cause I haven't posted any, will end of year now out on injury and soft. Natty and I am 200+ at 6'0" at 10% BF waist 33 normal 32 at sub 10%BF....and my balls pump test like Galenkos needles.

10%BF at 6'0 equals - 30 inches waist - so you get the right to stfup

since you are 14%Bf get to

4.4  this is 9% Bf loss

You can't get someone's waist size and height and determine bf%.  In no way shape or form.  Too many other factors in play.

I am also a fan of dieting keto of sorts .. it takes a lot of tweaking and mistakes and cheating to "get it". I have to thank Disgusted for his expertise. He knows his stuff through and through.

No interest in less than 8% BF (personal pref.)....not competing and starvation or Adkins isnt worth it for me. We Russians get BIG.....and its 32" at sub 10...I have thick abs and oblies

Lol so you think prostate cancer because they don't get enough fiber?  People get cancer for the most part from abusing there bodies in part through bad dietary habits and then they turn to certain dietary practices after when its too late. Slowing down cancer with diet is possible but why not trying to prevent it in the first place. So fiber slows cancer what a joke. A zero carb diet puts some people in spontaneous remission.

They function perfectly fine as I do daily. I suggest you do some basic reading on how the digestive process works. I will add this, if one does not eat much fat then you will get constipated, but fat is your friend. I would suggest an 80/20 ratio for a healthy diet.

Post your diet....a typical day.

2 to 3 meals daily. Bacon eggs not much red meat as I get older chicken turkey some peanut butter green veggies when I feel I am particularly fond of asparagus. On occasion I while blend up some kale blueberries strawberries in water with my nutribullet. I also eat cheese but not much and most of my food is organic when possible. Once a week I will cheat and eat some chocolate or some like that.

The enzymes in beans make me fart like crazy. I actually just bought some beans for the first time in a while. I love eating a big English breakfast with beans on the side but my wife and everyone at home hates me. If I keep doing that they'll probably slit my throat while I'm sleeping (unless I gas them while I'm asleep). ;D

I've actually got a fuck ton of fiber supplements that I've just been too lazy to eat. But I'll start making a conscious effort to eat foods naturally high in fiber too. Nothing feels better than dropping a world class turd and feeling proud of yourself.
