I put it on facebook .. I want it to go viral .. hopefullly.. I am not very good at marketing

 I looked at his pic: it seems the shadows are shopped to highlight the definition.. am I wrong? Am no photoshop expert

You have him, I've never really studied his physique, but you are correct. All he really has is ab definition, never thought he was a "physique guy"...he is not and will never be in the same condition as you. No need for him to be. In his movies, he plays a bruiser/fighter/martial artist that spends most of his time with his shirt on. Plus, he wouldn't be as dedicated as you when it comes to  dieting...

I need someone to take may original photo and crop it to fit his proportion wise .. this comparison makes me smaller.

For photo-shopping purposes, next time you take physique shots try and choose a simple background, preferably just one or two colours.  Anything that provides a sharp contrast between you and the background.  It just makes it easier to accurately cut you out of the image.  And the higher resolution image the better.

I did it with my shitty camera ( Galxy S plus) .. btu I am trying to peak next week so I will ask someone who knows their shit to take pics
