Again I will be neutral. There is no way in hell I would have someone like C-swol train me. It's as easy as looking at the trainers body. Does this guy at least look like he knows what he is talking about? No.

I am more worried about C-swols health. His face looks like Derek Anthony's did. The guy needs an intervention. Hopefully it's threads like these that get his attention.
