Bodybuilding has become nothing more than a mass game. Aesthetics have been cast aside.

The fitness and physique categories are a little fruity (I know, ironic...). I like shows that have Classic divisions though. Not ridiculously massive, still decent legs, no guts, great conditioning.

the classic divisions have weight limits based on height, it's height in cm minus 100 plus so many extra kilos depending upon height

for example if one is 180 cm then the limit is 180-100+6 kg=86 kg

I wonder - do they give out pro-cards in the physique division? Could you eventually get a pro card in physique and just cross over and compete as a pro-bodybuilder? :-D

ILS AND NSS, there's this physique guy on the circuit Tim Roberts actually I call him Slim Roberts, guy 5 ft 6 150 and thinks he's a bbing workout guru, he's one of the ass kissers out of Orange County ca physique class, these contests are judged on abs and chest a competitors back has to be narrow and arms small to be considered a top class guy, all these are are guys who will never be big or have a full physique but juice their asses off at 160. I know a few of these competitors the guys I know are cool and I just try to encourage them, but guys like tim Roberts need a good 10 minutes of pummeling

Ach your too structurally big for that crap, they will tell you that you have to lose the back and about 40 lbs and bring your arms down and abs up, they will say you look more like a bodybuilder.
