well all i know is my arm increased from 15.5" to 16.5" cold

and my decline bench went up from about 80kg x 10 to 110kg x 10 sort of

military press went from 5x60kg to 15x60kg, it was quite spectacular since no matter what i used to do naturally, my military would never really increase more than a few kilos (temporary even)

Good gains for a test only cycle
i didnt really eat much (as in 6 meals a day lol no) but i tried to make sure i ate enough quality food

it's 300mg of test enanthate, which is a lot more than natural levels

had a 2 week pic, not really a before pic

made this comparison after 8 weeks

guess i am pretty much the same now, i have a post workout pump in these pics anyway



delts little thicker veins more pronounced. really, you need more than 300mg weekly to do anything with your physique. try 500 test, and 450 deca or 500 test 350 trenbolone that will have you looking a lot better and its not too expensive.

solid physique though for such a low dose.

i find the inch on my arms and strength increase quite spectacular

but i guess to see a lot of difference in pictures you need massive gains

tren bypasses finasteride

deca has a bad reaction to finasteride

seems like test is my only option

well run more test next time 300mg is pitiful dosage. eq is a good choice too you can run that shit forever and make nice lean gains from it. NPP is good too, lets you see if you can use nandrolone without unacceptable sides as its a short ester so when or if you get sides just stop pinning it and it will be out of your system in like 4 days.
be conservative yes, but aas arent that bad for you if you know what they do to you personally. only way to find out is to try them. test will only take you so far unfortunately. for most though, its all you need as long as your diet is good, but i always say throw in a dedicated anabolic like npp deca or tren or eq. even masteron or primo if you can get a hold of it.

yeah dont come off if you dont have to. on 300mg your blood work should be fine, your bp should be fine. 300mg test is such a wimpy dosage i dont think youll even notice coming off if you do. you need to get more gear and run more next time if you want to keep growing
