You've done really well...

Its a necessary sacrifice to give up the leanness for some size though.

You see how fast you were able to get shredded??? .....keep that in mind!

but remember man... I AM VERY FUCKING STUBBORN

and please don't take it personal coz i don't mean it to be personal, but... i am very strongly convinced that I CAN add lean muscle tissue WITHOUT adding fat tissue VERY SURE OF IT, in fact

so expect to see some bigger arms and delts on the djer with the same tight and tiny waist Wink

also, i'm taking some modelling requests, so if you fellas got any just let me know

i'll most likely post up some pics of me in my green jamacia tee with the sleeves cut off which quite nicely display my pretty arms and delts Cool

if i really try very hard and do everything spot on I WILL reach the finished product by the end of july

but if i kinda fuck around a bit i'll reach the finished product by the end of october

finished product is.... 5'11" 170-175 @ sub-5 with 16 plus inch arms and waist @ 28-29

honestly...

i'm scared that i won't continue to train hard once i reach my full potential

it's fun to make progress and see near daily positive changes to my physique but just holding and maintaining is kinda boring Undecided

i guess that once i hit my full potential i can then focus on other things, like maybe getting a real career

i know that my girl kinda wants this from me and i don't blame her, coz if we are gonna truly be together then i should do my part in the relationship

but you know that i am "The Wild Horse" and i'm scared of getting trapped by a female, even if said female has a good soul and is worthy of trapping me Grin Grin Grin

i tell my babygirl that i'm not pretty enough for her, but she doesn't agree and now she's a bit nervous that she doesn't look good enough for me Undecided Huh

this is a pretty good pic actually

yeah i look like absolute horseshit here, but this pic really helps me to "see" that i really do need to add 10-15 pounds of lean muscle tissue to really complete myself

so will i do this by the end of july? only time will tell...

but i really have "seen the light" and now i'll add 10-15 pounds of LEAN MUSCLE WITHOUT FAT in a little over two months

this is part of a pm that i sent somebody here, and i think that it's very important, so that's why i'm adding it here

we will see the diff in about a week and we will see if i just put the size on my arms and delts, or if i put the size EVERYWHERE

"i really hate to say this man, but roids really do work and i have even added size to my calves WITHOUT TRAINING THEM WOW!!!!!!!!!!

we will see how much bigger i am in about 1 week and honestly i think you will be shocked

p.s. i don't train calves, i train legs and chest moderately, and i don't train back

what i train very hard is biceps, triceps and delts

so these pics will be interesting, coz if my chest has grown just as much as my arms and delts has then this means that roids make training not so important"

as you can see from this post, my biggest training load increases were on delt and tri exercises and i increased bis a bit, but pecs increased only very slightly

so... if increased training loads really do equal bigger muscles then these pics will have me with more added size to my delts and tris, so we will see...

i'm really excited about this shit actually, coz these photos are gonna give me photographic proof/evidence that my training concepts/ideas are really true or not ie. increased training loads=muscle size
