Obama downplays concerns surrounding ACA's implementation
"President Barack Obama indicated he does not think a rough implementation of the Affordable Care Act is a huge potential concern, saying the law was "working fine." Implementation is a potential issue for only "10 to 15% of Americans ... who don't have health insurance right now, or are on the individual market and are paying exorbitant amounts for coverage that isn't that great," Obama said at a news conference."
