5 sets close grip bench

5 sets alternating bicep curls

5 sets lying down double hand double dumbel skul crusher

5 sets dumbel hammer curls alternating

5 sets seated double arm single dumbel overhead extensions

5 sets straight barbel curls

5 sets standing overhead single arm single dumbel extension

5 sets single arm dumbel preacher curls

5 sets ez bar wrist extensions

5 sets ez bar wrist flexions superser with another 5 sets wrist extensions


These stories aren't complete without somebody "trippin" over your arms. Please amend.

Also, 50 sets for arms is borderline retarded, right? RIGHT?

there were no womens today


gym was kinda empty, everybody hung over in bed recovering from YOLOsaturday night


i checked out my arms from the side in the mirror whilst doing barbel curls and i was shocked

i cant believe this shit sometimes myself

20 biceps

10 wrist extensors

5 wrist flexors


pretty average volume part by part

for chest i do 30 sets generally

back up to 40 sets total

i was thinking in the gymnasium about how mentzer fooled everyone over with his high intensity method
he never trainned that way, always did volume like everyone

well HIT is good for naturalos but for real bodybuild on testosterona volume might be key

i do for back

barbel rows
wide grip supinated pull downs
T bar rows
wide grip pronated pull ups
seated wide grip cable pulls to the sternum
half "deadlifts" from below the knee to stand up
barbell shrugs
dumbel shrugs

sets depend on how much time and energy i have but generally 4-5 sets per exercise

Yes. Inspiration for working out. A defined wide bb doing poses and training. A bonus if bb can talk like tom platz for example. Hes inspiring.

I dont like phil or kai but most other i do.
