You know what, I did run it for 12 weeks now that I remember. I dropped the dose cause I was happy enough with my results. Actual time someone will stop growing on that dose I couldn't say...makes sense to keep it as is until you stop making gains.

like galeniko maintains monster arms with 250 but built them with everything and the kitchen sink
