Gal I know you don't use any AIs and have had your gyno cut out but for those who want to control estrogen and potential gyno flare ups, what protocol would you recommend?

I've some slight teenage gyno flare up, only notice it if i flex my chest but want to nip it in the bud straight away...using letro at moment and will then use nolva for the estrogen rebound when I drop the letro but what should I do once I eventually drop the nolva?

avoid taking nolvadex as long as you can

there are some sides that people dont seem to talk about if you are on ai's for a long time

depression, anxiety etc

i took half a tablet of arimidex every 3rd day during my first 12 week cycle of 300mg of test

i figured i needed it since i also took 2.5mg finasteriden which increases estradiol


but then my second cycle getbig opinion leaders such as galeniko and wiggs told me i should only use if needed

so now i only use test and finasteride

no gyno yet i think
