with some reading up on insulin and gh, it should become clear its not so healthy.steroids alone are kinda joke compared to insulin.

good point, the shredded no gut oldies are or should be more appealing to the eyes than the current pros.

They also have an "earned Muscle" look about them.  Not that shiny, plastic, bloofy look.  No disrespect to AlphaDawg, but he looked better in my opinion in the first picture.
