Compared to both of Phill (Olympia 2011 ..his best) and to Kai (NOC 2011).... the man still standout. 
I think its not fair to compare him to Yates .... in FLS .....Yates had the best FLS ever ..no one can compared to him.
Please give the man a break.

yep, Yates proportions are still unmatched.
Kai and Phil look better, not bigger, but they clearly have more detailed and proportional physique.
Rami's legs remind of (late) Coleman, barrel-like thigs and toothpick calves.
